Dig tickets must be prepared by your company and provided to us. Once dig ticket has been requested, we must be notified to begin preparing your sign installation!

Signs will not be installed in right-of-way, and must be on private property & location of property being sold.

Vacant land must be clearly marked & cleared of trees where sign will be placed. No sign will be placed where heavy clearing is needed or if there is no clear marking.

Once we have installed signs, signs must not be tampered with or removed.

MLS sheet and/or property address and contact information is required at time of sign request.

If a post/sign is not in visible area at time of pickup and requires an additional trip, an additional Trip Fee will be charged (see *TRIP FEE above).

If a post is missing at any given time or needs to be replaced, an additional $100 Per Post will be charged.

Once sign is picked up, it will be stored in-office. Signs will be delivered once a month from the 1st-5th upon request, or can be arranged for pickup earlier if needed.

Yes! All riders and attachments may be put on by agent and must use sufficient hardware to prevent post damage. Agents must remove any attachments prior to sign pickup. Anything not picked up will be stored in-office and delivered once a month from the 1st-5th, or can be arranged for pickup sooner!
